Big Dogg Trash Removal
Turning junk removal, cleanouts, demolition, and commercial cleanup into distinct paths customers can act on.
01 · The problem
A couch pickup and a demolition project should not share the same first conversation.
Big Dogg handles a few unwanted items, whole-space cleanouts, demolition, jobsite debris, and recurring commercial work. Each job needs different context before the crew can respond usefully. A single generic form would flatten the differences that matter when the request reaches the crew.
02 · What changed
The site now separates four job-specific request routes.
The homepage now asks what needs to go, then separates quick pickups, cleanouts, demolition, and commercial work before asking for details. Services and Commercial have their own navigation destinations, while call, text-a-photo, and quote actions stay available throughout the experience.
03 · What we built
Four request paths
Separate routes for quick pickups, whole-space cleanouts, demolition, and commercial or recurring work.
Questions matched to the job
Cleanouts ask about space, volume, materials, and access; demolition adds structure, utility, and what-must-remain details. Every path accepts photos.
Services and coverage made explicit
Six service pages name the work, while location content identifies Rockford and eight Greater Grand Rapids communities served.
Source-aware request records
Each submission is saved with its service path, photos, original landing page, referrer, and campaign parameters before CRM or email delivery is attempted.
